I've included the optional Tamper to help you make the most out of your capsules. After
spreading the herb powder into your empty capsules, you use the Tamper
to press down and pack the powder tight into the capsules. Then you
add more powder and pack again. You can almost double the amount capsules hold.
You get 1000 gelatin capsules
too! They are
designed to dissolve and release the powdered contents within five
minutes of entering the stomach.
