Essiac Tea is a special blend of herbs believed to have cancer-treating properties. It was discovered by a Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse, who was dedicated to saving lives and it has been used for years with an abundance of positive cancer-curing testimonials. Our form of Essiac is the original 4-herb blend based on the Native American recipe given to Rene. There is an 8-herb formula on the market today, but it comes with much controversy and I'd rather stick with the tried & true original formula. Our Essiac contains burdock root, slippery elm inner bark, sheep sorrel, and turkish rhubarb root, precisely blended as Rene Caisse specified.
