| A tea made from Marjoram is used for an upset stomach, headache, colic, and a variety of nervous complaints. It can be used for cramps and nausea associated with menstruation and for severe cases of abdominal cramps. It is also considered helpful for sea sickness. It can be added to the bath to promote a calming effect and to relieve insomnia. Marjoram is applied as a fomentation to painful swellings and rheumatic joints and in salves to stimulate the circulation. |
