Tea tree oil has to be one of my favorite e.oils! Mrs. Brown, my 21 y.o. mixed breed pooch has/had a fungual growth on her ear flap.The vet perscribed Miconazole as treatment. Well, after 4 or 5 months I gave up. The fugus spot had doubled in size. Instead of shrinking, the script med seemed to be fertilizing the fungus. Then I ran across the tea tree oil in my cosmetics( excellant for zits ). I began applying the oil and in 7 to 10 days the area of fungus was flaking and already starting to heal!!Tea tree oil in very potent stuff . I have used it for zits,infections on chickens,inhalant for colds,cuts & scrapes ect.,ect.,ect., with excellant results every time. It's uses as an bacteriacide & fungacide are unsurpassed!! Oh and it kills fleas!!! DEAD
